Happy to Sweat

Yeah - It's 7 am and I've already got a half hour of cardio in!!
How many days to make something a habit? (I'm quite sure it's more than 2)
Hoping to get down stairs to exercise by 6/6:30 am every weekday. 

I hope you all have a great day!

It's time to make my son's lunch for school.

  3. I just heard 28 days!! :) I started working out at 6:30 AM 3 weeks ago and I have gone every day (except Sundays) since. It is so refreshing to know that I have gotten my workout in before the day has even begun. Way to go on putting for the effort to make exercising a habit!!
