That's What I Get

Bluck!  I did not eat well this weekend and I feel it.

Yuck yuck... even more yuck is that tomorrow I have a meeting with the scale.  Ugh!

We'll see.

Tomorrows a new day!

It's time to get back to getting some word done.


  1. I'm sorry you didn't eat well this weekend and feel it. I felt it too, all night last night and even this morning. I had to get on the scale this morning too, wasn't excited about it but the scale doesn't control me and how I feel. Doesn't matter what the numbers say, they are just numbers. Keep your head up. You can do this.
