WOW, has it really been over a year since I have posted. Goodness, where does the time go?
Well unfortunately, I have gained all but about 7 pounds of the 40 pounds I had lost back. I'm back to feeling blobby and gross.
Where is my motivation? I have many reasons to get with it - but why can't I seem to kick it into gear?
I know one thing that is hindering me (although it's not a good enough excuse) and that is money. I do not care what anyone says, it is more expensive to eat healthy, fresh foods. It is. And at the moment, we are having to truly penny pinch.
So here it is bloggers - What in the past (or present) has helped you may a real lasting commitment to yourself to change to a healthy lifestyle and what are some of your favorite budget-friendly meals/snacks?
